What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to love your bag. If you are not fully satisfied, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item remains unused and in its original condition. For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long does it take for refunds to process?

Refunds typically take about 14 days.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-10 business days domestically (U.S.) and 7-14 business days internationally.

Will my bag arrive with packaging?

Yes. Every bag is presented in a signature dust bag.

How should I care for my bag?

Spot clean using a damp cloth with warm water. When not in use, leave it in the provided dust bag.
